Haha my Kamen Riders~
Kimi ni Todoke live action trailer~~~~~ XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD And I was amused to see flumpool made the theme song again. It's either people like to use them in anything related to Haruma-kun or... XD
Also was amused at seeing so many W fics... with a lot of focus on Sho/Philip. XD... I don't know... been a while since I read/write slash, so yeah... XD Edited my second W fic, because rereading it I find that the scene btw Sho and Wakana was weird. Then again, I wrote that in LRT and later retyped it when I was pretty much blur~ and Sho-chan finally woke inside my head... *shrugs* that helped a bit for me to fix it. Probably be doing the other part for that. XDDD
Went looking for material on Philip's vest. Dang... not much choice on the pattern, dang. And I just HAD to choose that green version he wore around 48-49. XD Whaaaat? I liked that version~ Also needed to get new wigs~ pif~
And a stray thought hovered around lately. I wonder if other people thought it as well. Wonder what people usually thought about how a series should end in any toku out there?
Because most of the time I see here and there about people fussing about how they not like or like about certain canon endings et al... and I usually disliked those comments (mostly on sentai or kamen rider) that whenever the series had a happy ending, it's because the series IS a kid's show thus the creators/production HAD to end it with that note. But hey~ everyone had their own thoughts~
Because for me, how a series should end--should either be related to the general theme of the series. And the OP/ED theme might also give an indicator or foreshadow to its end. I always thought that a series don't HAVE to have an epic ending to be a great ending, but that's just me.
Nah~ just wondering about something... not really related to anything anyone have said before, But once a thought entered my mind it stuck there, I guess... like how some people think W should have ended at 48 and stuff. Dunno about others, but W doesn't struck at me as a series that should end with a not!happy ending. Probably because WBX didn't give me that kind of feeling, and the fact W emphasized so much about Shotaro's and Philip's relationship that with the turn it took at 48, it felt a bit anti-climatic if the series just ended at that. Had the series ended like that, it'll feel like an unfinished story. Don't get me wrong, I like open endings. The notion that the adventures of the Kamen Rider still continuing gives lotsa room for fanfictioneers to write more. Tho to me, 49 was a good ending. (It be sad if W no longer possible to be) and the fact that they had Wakana performed her own Gaia Impact was in itself good. Since it's such a waste if we didn't get to see ANY Gaia Impact. XD (And I also wanted to see Wakana's story afterwards be told/completed as well)
So perhaps, Gaia Impact had the power to either reset time, humanity or reshape them to one's desire. Well... since they needed to have complete understanding of the Earth's knowledge, I guess that's the closest we get to understanding it. (And I liked the idea that perhaps at the moment Shotaro gets killed that time with Energy, was the very moment Wakana decided to use Gaia Impact to turn back a year, retrieve Extreme Memory and offering to give her body to restore Raito's thus allowing him that one year to restore himself. Yes, Kiva, Ryuki played a part in that line of thoughts. XD) I couldn't think anything else could top that. And as much as Exe plot lacked much, I liked the idea of the guys thinking that their case was solved only to find out that the unexpected leader to show up and kill the detective. XD So much detective cliche~ XD
That aside, I wonder what was the aim of the original Gaia Impact. To save Raito aka by giving him a new life (and we still did not know HOW exactly Philip's life was restored after he fell in the well that time. Did the Earth's Memory restored him... or was it something Ryubee had done?) or to reform humanity (because they think the current one's corrupted)... or hey~ they want to reset the world in order to save Raito so that he wouldn't have to fall into that well. XD.
And I hear Movie Taisen 2011 would be an alternate ending to post 48? Cool~
Haha~
And with the same theory... I had similar thoughts about the other series. I mean, regardless how some thought about Decade, I think that ending in Movie Taisen had truly concluded the series well. I mean, the whole series had been on and on about 'Journeys'... XD
And I was lazy to mention other series. XDDDD tho I felt that the whole foreshadowing through the OP themes was also present in other series. (well... um... aside from Kiva. Even though I don't really complain much about the end, it would have been nice had it ended with a sadder/gothic-like twist aside from the whole Nago/Megumi wedding and Maya letting the two fight it out and roll in the mud etc. XD)
Hee~ finally that's outta my head finally XD.
Oz in a another hour and a half~ hope it's good.
