With this episode 45, I guess part of the mystery is solved. And I'm glad the writers done this episode good. With this, it could connect the earlier events during the 2008 timeline.
Wataru was MEANT to come to the past to meet Otoya. Or else, the events surrounding everyone's existence and the fact that Taiga still lived would be different. So there was no worry about the timeline being distorted due to Wataru returning to the past, because the events that had happened during 2008's timeline from the start of the series till 43 was already supposed to be like that. Considering about this, have to say that the script was written well. Some of the plothole would start to make sense now. The fact that Otoya had disappeared later is in fact related to him using Dark Kiva's power. But still, one had to wonder which was it that Shima-san had meant when he said that, the past Kiva had almost destroyed the world. Was it Otoya... or was it King?
I guess using Dark Kiva's power is more risky for Otoya as compared to IXA, considering the fact that Dark Kiva was meant to be an armor for the Fangire King. Few more episodes... and we might be able to find out what happened to him after defeating King. If he did.
The true murderer for Mio was actually Bishop! Thank goodness it's not Wataru. That kid need to learn of the truth soon so that he's stop blaming himself. And Taiga... well, I'm not sure of him. Even if he ended up being good... he probably need to have his powers taken away. Him getting pissed off is dangerous. Poor Bishop. And now we see HIM going berserk.
Next episode Wataru's returning to the present time and Fangires running amok! Can't wait!
