Sometimes being random aren't so bad eh? Went out on outing so random and being random on April Fools and surprisingly, the outing was not an April Fool's joke. XD

So out of boredom, I went to Youtube for old series...

Watched Go-onger VS Gekiranger for the sake of random on April Fool. That aside from watching the second part of Keikan no Chi and the random outing after that. Had to say I was amused.

Honestly speaking... I never watched any Go-onger and unlike in 2007 where I watched both Gekiranger and Den-O around the first quarters of both series (marathoning both till the point I caught up with the current airings), I didn't watch Go-onger alongside Kiva since the preview of Go-onger did not interest me. (aside from the fact that Sousuke's hairdo freaked me.) So yeah, back to the movie... XD

So the plot settled around the surviving Rinjyuden kaijin and the go-on enemies (was lazy to look up their names as the net was slow for surfing atm) tying to get new power by attempting to retrieve Doukokugan aka Long in golden ball (8D haha the pun~) from Jan so Jan was attacked. And then Retsu and Ran come to help and they got thrown to another dimension. And then, the Go-ongers appear as Go and Ken appeared and fought them thinking they were the enemy despite the enemy had ran off. So then after the confusion resolved they went back to SCRTC and met with the pipol there and found Master Shafu, who later helped them go to the same dimention as where the Geki trio were taken to.

Back to Jan-tachi, it seemed that the villain reveal its intention as well as themselves as everyone ran arund fighting till back-up arrived. So for a sec... you find a weird alliance between the Go-ons and the Geki people and the enemy seemingly defeated before hey~ while the two groups were chatting, the enemy grabbed the five Go-Ongers' Engine Soul and left them without their Go-on mecha friends. So, the baddies issued a trade.. to exchange those with Long in KinTama. But well... like typical baddies, really ka they gonna give it back? So despite Jan giving the KinTama, the baddie was like "Sucker" and attacked them back and throwing them back to the real world~

So the Go-ongers emoed and the the Geki pipol suggested them learning their Gekiwaza... and then all weird stuff come out of the 'training routines'. Jan tought the Sousuke, Ran and Ken with Gunpei? and Saki, Retsu and Go with the remaining Hanto and Ren. Ran's training had been her usual catch the leaf routine and Jan's was the clean the windows up the building. That's normal.... considering he Geki series, but WTH was the 'training' the Fukami brothers were issuing? I laughed at that. And I thought that weird Kurenai technique of standing on their toes was weird--ei wait? Did the series had this part before--- I was lazy to go back looking.

And for some reason, Hiroto and sister, Miu knew about Long and went off to fight rampaging baddies (who during the time lapse had literally flattened Long's Kintama-LOL- into a form where they can just 'plug and play' the thing into them and used his power) while the Go-Ongers go training. Haha... wut? (But hey... can't object to this... it's Tokuyama Hidenori after all~) But then later Sousuke was frustrated for the amount of failure to complete his task and left to fight although the others eventually manage to acquire their ki energy thing after failing and realizing the true aim of their trainings. So fight fight hey~ Sousuke can awaken his ki as Jan appeared and more fight fight (Miu and Hiroto KO-ed somewer while Sousuke appeared to save them) and the rest also appeared to help fight this Rinjyuden member 1 who had acquired Long's power as the side enemy of Go-on appeared a bit (before the Go-ongers manage to defeat them with their new power and recovered their Engine Souls). And Rin member 1 KO and Member 2 wanna flee before Long awakened and took over the KO-ed Rin member lalala fight somemore. In the meantime, Shafu acquired Miu and Hiroto's help (hey.... have they met before? Or I need to watch Go-on for this?) as they do the triangle thing to revive our beloved Rio and Mele. Serious.... I was WAITING for this scene since the time their faces appeared in the opening credits. XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

So back to main plot, Long goes huhuhahakebaboom at the heroes and everyone gave out their speeches (I think? was lazy to rewatch) as later Shafu appeared from the high cliff with Hiroto and Miu - And SURPRISE~ Mele and RIO-SAMA~ And I started fangirling as the Rio-Jan scene. Like Hahahahaha REUNION meeting LOL.. So yeah, with everyone gathered together, of course they needed to say their intro catchphrases. I was ignoring the Go-ongers sequence until the Go-on Wings part and of course.... the GekiRin group. Sorry I was BIASED to the GekiRin gang. XDDDDDDD. So yeah combo fight. Jan and Rio (and Sousuke... really... I was pretending not to see that) fought with Long as I squee (at the lack of Rio-Jan biel) as Mele combo with Hiroto and Miu to fight the Rin member 2. While the rest fought the lesser enemies who ran away and kebaboom the other sub-bose go kaboom and Long go psycho again and go giant. And wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..... Ultimate GekiRinTouja form~ (with all SEVEN people inside... later joined with Saidai-In) to fight Giant Long. Hmm... I cannot comment on the Go-Onger's ultimate mecha gattai though since... for some reason it looked too bulky--okay, so does GekiRinTouja but at least Touja looked more handsome. So yeah more fightfightkebabooom hey~~ Bae appeared~ this time in new outfit and turban~and fightfightkebaboom Long defeated~ Yeah... typical scene... why should I tell more?

And then there's the short moment between Rio and Jan that I was waiting for (yeah... having to suffer on Sousuke's bad hairdo and high pitch voice that was more annoying than Jan's and the Go-Ongers weird pipol made this worth it!) as Rio and Mele parted again to the acfterlife. While the others went home and had a birthday picnic...

Hahaha.... okay... I can say that was fun! So later go crack brain watching the vs Boukenger next neh.... not much fun and the series Go-On (for Hidenori's sakes! =3)
