Yeah I know... it's not much of a review but more like almost full episode description. Like always. It's been a while I said this... but obviously spoilerish.

Samurai Sentai Shinkenger episode 31

Shitari seemed worried, what with the situation at hand... Dayu still not returning and Akumaro seemingly doing what he pleased (I can tell, Shitari didn't like Akumaro XD) and noticed a strong smell and bubbles at the edge of the river bed. Hmm... what clan? At a hospital, all seemed well as a Gedoshu suddenly appeared and attacked. Later, the nurse (seemingly escaped) asked to find Shinkenger at Genta's stall...

At the mansion, it seemed tension was in the air as Takeru seemed grim, Kotoha and Ryunosuke seemingly looking defeated; as the others appeared gleefully. To think all they have been doing was playing cards! (Hahahahahaha) as Takeru appeared to be on the losing streak. (His face had been drawn a bit, Kotoha too... but Ryunosuke was the worst!) They continued playing as Takeru accept his defeat while the others started drowing on his face. (Funny reference to him being a Bakeneko earlier!) well this didn't amuse Genta as he introduced Aya to them.

Shitari seemed happy to report that a Kusare Gedoshu had awaken as it present itself to Doukoku. Akumaro did not appear amused as he seemed smug. After all, Manpuku had been defeated by the Shinkengers before. At the mansion, Aya informed the others about the attack at the hospital. (But hard to take them seriously with their faces all drawn over~ XD) Aya explain that her charge, Tatsuya was still at the hospital as she told them she had escaped using the underground passage. The Shinkengers went to the place as they proceed to enter the hospital. Not long after, Aya asked Genta to stop the others as this was actually a trap. Earlier she had been told to lead the Shinkengers there if she wanted to save Tatsuya. Genta told her not to worry as this was their job but before he could transform, he was stopped by the Kusare Gedoshu that still held Tatsuya hostage. So both sides are in a pinch. (But seriously, this ep seemed like a Genta looking cool episode.)

In this fight, Kotoha combo-ed with Ryunosuke while Mako with Chiaki combo-ed on the other side. (But seriously, the combo I liked best was Take-Ryu combo and Ryu-Kotoha combo. XD I like the two combos choreography~ Ignore the OT3 hints XD.) And Daigoyou shoot KyoRyu disc as Hyper Shinken Red finished the job. Unfortunately yeah, by this time the enemy was gone already with their hostages. Poor trio. XD

I love the rescue this time. Tenkuu come in like OOOO I'm A JETPLANE~ Kinda feel. XDDD If anyone started to feel the series is getting less epic, if they still feel the same as when watching this part, I can't say anything. And I love the "They are Samurai" track played here. I'd be Ryunosuke and cry happily here... XD. Anyway, the order of appearance was changed and boy I missed Water Arrow's appearance! (LOL... nah, Wood spear I din bother much XP) Kotoha looked cool retrieving Genta's phone as Ryu shot it off. The essemble looked nice. Kyoryu origami was kinda cute (Hahhahahaha I'm a mecha-fetish!). After the battle Chiaki asked Genta to join their card game as to Ryu's surprise, Tono still wanna play. So here I'll go... oh my cute boys~

The next episode was about the place where the origami originaly came from... and of the strong Ushi Origami as well as the boy who mysteriously appear at the mansion one day...

Kamen Rider W Episode 4

We returned to the scene of the fight as Shotaro detransformed, musing as he also saw the vision that Phillip saw. Of Phillip's family. Phillip was distraught that he couuld not find anything about his past in the Gaia Library, his book having been torn completely. Shotaro tried to give words of comfort but Phillip dismissed it claiming that it wasn't sincere. Right then, Akiko contacted them. Using Sho's camera and Bat memory, Akiko relayed the scene in the casino as they watched Izumi Yuuko played the roulette and lost. Along with the consequences. To his alarm and Phillip's amusement, they watched as Akiko rushed out of hiding to hit the Money Dopant.

Meanwhile, on the Sonozaki side... a wedding was about to start. But before that, the father wanted to test Kirihiko's ability to see if he's worth having Nazca memory. (The father having Terror) Wakana intervened saying she'd do it instead as she used Clay Doll. It seemed the Sonozaki's ability was different than normal Dopant as they used belts instead of tattoos for the Gaia memories. Back at the detective office as Akiko slipped about Sho and Phillip, Phillip called them to challenge the Money Dopant... using the 6 Gaia memories as their wager. Much to Sho's dismay. Up to this point, Akiko started to show her potential as a detective. XD. Now give it girl! And show all those who call you useless something to think about!

Talk about Clay Doll, her form was quite cute. Kirihiko managed to prove his worth to the Sonozaki.

Sho had started pondering about Phillip as the boy started to understand the concept of family. Another informant, Santa-chan come to cheer him as the bus arrived. (Sho dismissed the gifts but I'm sure it'll have some use later) Phillip joined him as he already researched everything about gambling. Sho just ignored him as they reached the casino, Akiko all too happy to see Phillip. So the wager would be the Gaia memories and the Life coins the man had. As Phillip started to play, Sho went to check on Izumi. Phillip started winning in turn but as the word Family was mentioned, the odds turned. Before the game gonna end, Sho remembered the cards he got from Santa as he challenged him to a game of... Old Maid! Hahaha... second referrence to the game after Kiva. XD. Akiko went in despair as the Guy seemed to be able to guess the cards without looking. On the other hand, Korihiko and Saeko's wedding proceeds...

Back at the game, it seemed Sho was on a losing side as Akiko and Phillip pondered about the situation. As they were down on their last three cards, Sho told them that he would keep fighting... that Phillip was an important partner left to him by Narumi-sensei. Phillip still doubt they could win as Akiko slapped him to his senses. (Akiko really made me love her at this point XD) At last, as Sho picked his last card of the guy... they picked the right card, showing us the true power of DoubleDriver. The driver allowed both of their consciousness to be connected as it was Phillip's hand that had picked the right card since Sho's mind was easily read. With that, the game is won and I really think that the main reason Sho often belittle Aiko not because she always got in his way... more like she often steal his cool moments. XD Yeah really, she was really cute when she passed them their Gaia memories. XD

They managed to nail it again this time as Double finally was being seen by witnesses. The life in the life points were returned as Sho typed out his reports. And then on Wakana's Futo's Mystery Tour slot, she talked about Kamen Rider Double as both Sho and Phillip were excited about it.

This episode was interesting and after reading some of the speculations on it, I think perhaps it may lead to be true. Phillip might really be from the Sonozaki judging from the fact Phllip had been taken out from Windscale building (and Saeko was there) and they seemed to be secretive about it when Kirihiko asked (and the fact the memory had a mother, father, two sisters and Phillip) But we shall see what happened in the future. The episode showed a development as Akiko showed herself that she's not just an annoying girl and she might as well fit in this detective job. Phillip showed a growth as well as he now accepted Sho and Akiko as his subtitute family; making Sho worried for nothing. Another take on the Sonozaki wedding proceeding was interesting as when the family picture was taken, their true forms were seen. Even the cat was a monster cat! XDDD

5th ep preview was interesting. Trigger form would finally appear! And a small girl called Double as... Papa? XDDD

Went back catching up on Ghost Friend. Imagine my surprise to see Keisuke Sohma played Atsushi on episode 7! That's so far, had been his first dorama he's in (since I cannot find any earlier than that) before Genta. Yet another dorama that unexpectedly contain toku actors~~~ (Hahahah But I was watching it for Kaito's actor actually... XD)

Currently taking a beta on a Buffy/Decade crossover and GWing fic. Already started on the first one... the idea kinda fun actualy. And I liked the fact that the ficwriter went to lengths to discuss/ask my opinions on his take of the possible Rider (side) worlds. And the two chapters so far looks promising. Later I'll finish betaing his second chapter before sending it back. The latter one, I think I'll take a longer time. Because shockingly, it's too LONG and draggy. I dunno about you but to me, I don't like LONG chapters. In a book, maybe. But not in an online read. That also depends on the story as well. But really, unless the chapter had loads of actions, long chapters to me gonna get tiring to read all at once. Especially if it's a mostly dialogues and narration. It get's tl;dr. I don't know which was worse... this or a big wall of text. But I already accepted the beta... so I'd do it.

What to say... I'm a masochist. At least this is not a VK fic.
