Gaim-Basara

Because that parallel btw Gaim and Basara strikes again. Need to type this out so it'll affect future writings at least. Mine.

Kazuraba Kouta - (He's one complicated case since Kouta gained several character traits too)

• Toyotomi Hideyasu - based on the Jimba forms. Plus... Kouta used to have extreme views on justice early on which made me first think of this connection before.
• Tokugawa Ieyasu - based on Kachidoki form. Which... I feel it matched somehow. Aside from the obvious Tokugawa crest on Kachidoki's helmet. Because Ieyasu did emerged victorious after fighting Hideyasu... and with Kouta's change to a slightly mellowed stand and focusing on bonds...
• Oda Nobunaga - based on Kiwami forms. I actually had this feeling way before Kachidoki's debut tho. Since Hideyasu also sort of usurping Nobunaga's policies as well... and with Kachidoki's debut it kinda difffuse this muse a bit. Until Kiwami, when it came back full force. Doesn't help that Kiwami's armor is based on Nobunaga.

Kumon Kaito - I din get anything on him before, due to Baron's design wasn't Japanese but...

• Mori Motonari - I feel this matched somehow. Based on Mori's alliance with Toyotomi and trying to gain his own leverage. Plus, Mori's stiff stand on his own moral values was kinda similar to Kaito's line of thoughts.
• Azai Nagamasa - Refer to Sengoku Ryoma.

Kureshima Takatora

• Date Masamune - Kinda obvious really, even when the more obvious armour designs was more seen on Gaim Orange Arms compared to Zangetsu. Since Takatora's character profile had plenty of similarity to Masamune. And with Yggdrasill-Oshu parallel... and the daimyo parallel, it just clinched it.

Kureshima (Micchi) Mitsuzane

• Date Kojiro - Due to the relation with Taka. Plus... I feel that that other parallel about Masamune-Kojiro issue might fully happen.
• Ishida Mitsunari - With relation to Kouta, Micchi changed for the worse once Kouta's two-sided ness (with trying to hard to be a hero yet on another side having strong opinions on Yggdrasill and then having his opinions even more swayed by his surroundings, and Sagara etc) got to him. And Micchi had lotsa parallel with Mitsunari now that it hurts so much.

Sengoku Ryoma - I did a hasty match up before.. so time to fix this.

• Katakura Kojuuro/Hanbei Takenaka - It's plain obvious as to the reasoning. Ryoma did initially doing everything for Takatora. Before that moment when he went Nobunaga-twisted. Similar to Hanbei.
• Azai Nagamasa - Still unsure of this... but Ryoma did still have his good points. Despite being misguided tho. But somehow current development made Kaito be more Nagamasa-like. Blame that blasting off to the sky trick.

Sid

• Akechi Mitsuhide - Still unchanged in this... though at times it felt like the role has switched with Micchi's Mitsunari at times. And the fact Kouta drove him crazy too kinda hinted on the early Nobunaga-esqueness of Kouta.

Minato Yoko

- Considering both characters had connections to Nobunaga... not sure if this is just coincidences. But with current development...

• Sanada Yukimura - I dunno... this just popped up in head.

• Kobayakawa Hideaki/Kingo - mostly cos of the comic relief as well as that hammer for Gridon is mostly useless.

Oren Piere Alfonse

• Imagawa Yoshimoto - because assigning him to Uesugi Kenshin is giving him too much credit.
• Mogami Yoshiaki

• Matsunaga Hisahide

Roshuo

• Oda Nobunaga - Yeah... tho Roshuo wasn't that unsentimental as Nobunaga.
